Tennis and Racquetball  Our Tennis Program boasts two separate tennis facilities. Our “Club” Facility consists of four indoor courts and four outdoor courts. Additional courts will be added this spring. Our “Fairway” Facility has five indoor courts. Each facilities lighting system delivers a uniform, maximum foot-candle output which avoids the light and dark effects that beset so many courts. The Abilene Country Club Tennis Facility delivers brilliantly lit courts without any glare, making night time play an enjoyable experience. A separate Tennis & Fitness Clubhouse carries a full line of custom clothing and tennis accessories. A complete tennis program is conducted by our USPTA Tennis Professional and his staff which includes group and private lessons for members of all ages. Two Pro Racquetball Courts
Racquetball works nearly all of your large muscle groups. The game is easy to learn, a high calorie burner and it develops cardiovascular and muscular endurance. It develops and maintains motor skills of agility, flexibility, balance, hand/eye coordination and reaction time. An indoor game which can be played at any time… it’s a perfect family sport and a lifetime recreational activity. We believe our two indoor racquetball courts are a valuable amenity to your membership. Courts can be reserved in advance or feel free to stop by and play if the court is available.
